Day 1:
Arrive at the tropical Chateau Orientale garden in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
Begin the first thrilling part of your adventure by crossing the Nam Khan River by boat and starting your trek.
Trek through slightly hilly, breathtaking scenery, visiting a traditional Khmu village and the hidden Tad Kuang Son waterfall.
Continue trekking “into the wild” along a jungle trail through massive limestone mountains, and visit a traditional Hmong village.
Enjoy a detailed introduction to the daily life of the remote Hmong hill tribe provided by your tour guide.
Follow the narrow hill tribe path towards Ghost Valley and marvel at the towering limestone cliffs along the way.
Explore the intriguing geological site of Ghost Valley, featuring magnificent limestone formations and the ancient Ghost Cave, a former village shelter dating back millions of years.
Spend time admiring the fascinating cave.
Relax with a coffee and listen to the “jungle orchestra” of wild monkeys as the day draws to a close and your guide prepares dinner for an overnight stay. (Sleep either in a tent on the cave’s hilltop or inside the cave, depending on weather conditions.)

SUP is an acronym that stands for “standup paddleboarding,” and it is taking the water sports world by storm. While it is difficult to measure the level of participation in outdoor sports, kayaking has long been considered the fastest-growing water sport of the 1990s and early 2000s. It’s also safe to say that paddling kayaks have gone from the fastest-growing to the most popular. Well, it looks like the sport of kayaking will have to relinquish at least one of those titles.
